Job Description

Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role


The  Squad Swimming Coach is responsible for delivering challenging, safe, professional, and well-executed swimming programs for the squads they lead.
 
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach who is committed to developing motivated young swimmers and supporting them to achieve their best across each season. As we continue to take our swimming program to the next level, we are looking for someone who brings proven success of at least 2-3 years in a similar role, while also being open to growth, collaboration with our existing coaching team, and ongoing development - helping to lead the program forward.
 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching, leadership skills, and an understanding of swimming techniques and race strategies. The Swimming Coach will support the strategic development of all swimming programmes as we establish Pymble as the leading swim centre in Australia.  

This role will involve early morning and afternoon sessions, some weekend work as well as participation in Swim camps. We are offering a competitive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with experience.
