The role
Join a well-resourced and collaborative Enrolments team and play a key role in shaping how prospective families connect with Pymble.
This part-time position combines two interconnected areas of focus—marketing and events—to help families discover whether Pymble is the right fit for their daughter. Working closely with the Director of Enrolments, Community Engagement Team and broader Enrolments team, you will contribute to meaningful experiences that showcase the College.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and highly organised professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life, takes genuine ownership of their work, and approaches every aspect of the role – including events and expos outside standard hours – with enthusiasm and commitment.
From developing targeted marketing initiatives and identifying new opportunities to engage prospective families, to delivering memorable events that authentically reflect College life, you will help ensure every interaction is welcoming, informative and inspiring.
The part-time nature of this role offers genuine work-life balance, with a three-day-per-week commitment that extends across both term time and non-term time periods. As a valued member of a well-resourced and collaborative Enrolments team, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while maintaining flexibility.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
- Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently and warmly with prospective families, community stakeholders, and senior executive
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and management
- The ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent events in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing campaign development and management experience coupled with the ability to provide clear direction on messaging, channels, and audience targeting
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, experience in data management and generation of targeted lists
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and design tools or the willingness to learn
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to work outside standard business hours for events and expos as required
- Experience in school marketing, enrolment, or a related field within an educational or community setting desirable
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and a solutions focused mindset
- Open and collaborative approach with the ability to create enduring partnerships across the College
- A professional and discrete approach, particularly in relation to confidential enrolment and family information
