Job Description

Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role

The Upper School Academic Administration Co-ordinator is a key professional services role within the College, playing an integral part in the smooth delivery of both academic and operational functions across the Upper School (Years 9 and 10).
 
In this varied and fast paced position, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Upper School—providing high level administrative support, leading a small and dedicated administration team, and ensuring the effective coordination of calendars, facilities, student attendance, records and communications.
 
A distinctive feature of the Upper School is the Year 9 Vision Valley Residential Program. In this role, you will ensure the administrative and logistical elements of the program are managed with efficiency, accuracy and care, supporting its successful delivery and ongoing development.
 
This role is ideally suited to a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes—always guided by College values and with the wellbeing and success of students at the centre of everything they do.

  • Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College
  • Demonstrated administration experience within an educational or corporate environment
  • Experience managing a small team desirable
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of materials both hard copy and electronic
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Edumate,MS Teams and Google Forms
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Willingness and ability to work productively and effectively in a team to achieve shared goals
  • Well-developed communication skills, including written and interpersonal skills
