Job Description

Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role

The newly created HR Co-ordinator role sits within the Human Resources Team and requires a proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a strong desire to streamline and improve processes.

The HR Co-ordinator plays a key role in delivering operational HR tasks and administration across the full employee lifecycle. The position is the primary point of contact for HR enquiries, will create contracts, manage the HR inbox, maintain data integrity in our HRIS, and support engagement and culture initiatives across the School. This varied position will also assist the Talent Acquisition Manager during peak recruitment periods.

Our kind of team member

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Experience with Applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Candidate Management System (CMS) desirable
  • Degree or diploma level qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology or other related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organisational skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College
