The role
We have two newly created Teachers’ Aide roles in our Secondary School Learning Enhancement Department.
Reporting to the Head of Learning Enhancement, these roles work collaboratively with Learning Enhancement Teachers, specialist teachers, and mainstream classroom teachers to support students with identified additional learning needs. The successful candidates will assist in implementing targeted strategies, adapting learning materials, and fostering an inclusive environment that enables every student to thrive.
Key to the success of these roles is a genuine desire to support students in an empathetic and kind way—ensuring their self-esteem is consistently maintained.

- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Certificate III or IV in School Based Education Support qualifications
- Competence in utilising digital technologies to enhance learning of students with a disability

- The ability to develop positive, professional relationships with staff and to work collaboratively as a member of a team
