Job Description

Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role

The College Reception role is a community facing administrative support position which provides high-quality customer service for students, staff, parents and external visitors to the College and Principal’s Office.  The position plays an important role in guest services and provision of administrative support to the Principal’s Office.  

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Principal’s Office with the delivery of projects, functions, and tasks in a highly professional manner with a positive approach and the utmost discretion.  The Executive Assistant to the Principal and Operations Co-ordinator will allocate projects, tasks and functions appropriate to the daily administrative requirements of the College.

This role is responsible for main reception of the College during the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm. It is a full-time role that will work throughout the school holidays.

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite
