The role
Pymble Ladies’ College is seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our Community Engagement team. Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Manager, this role plays a vital part in enhancing the College’s profile, reputation and engagement with parents and carers, staff and the wider community.
This role is responsible for planning and delivering innovative marketing and advertising activities, including managing a 12-month calendar of editorial and advertising opportunities, while developing, editing, and producing engaging College communications such as newsletters, parent notices and event promotions. The position will engage with agencies, media partners and internal teams to create effective campaigns, ensure consistency of our College voice and lead the production of key publications from concept through to final proof.
Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for improvement, and maintaining strong, productive relationships with staff, suppliers and community members is key. In addition, you will support event communications, photography and media liaison as required.

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Min 3 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, communications or media relations
- Proven experience and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, editing, and proofing skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- A willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
- Experience or an interest in education will be highly regarded
