Job Description

Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role

We are seeking enthusiastic Netball Coaches to join our dynamic sports program. We are looking for experienced Coaches as well as passionate players who are at the start of their coaching journey. These opportunities will commence in Term 3, 2025. The successful applicants will be required to attend two training sessions during the week  6.30am -8.15am and/or 3.30pm - 5pm. Attendance at games on Saturdays between 7.30am-12.30pm is also essential. The season will commence between 15th -22nd July, 2025.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

  • Proven experience in netball coaching or significant playing experience
  • Relevant coaching certification (preferred but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of netball rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire athletes
  • Dedication to player development at all levels
  • First aid certification desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
